On Monday July 13 I went shopping at senior hours to Albertson in my neighborhood in Laguna Niguel Plaza. 92677 area code.
All the customers had their masks on and it looks very safe for elderly like me 72 years old with heart problem. Then when I reached at the cashier, I saw the lady had her mask around her neck and she processed my groceries like that. The bagging gentleman also had a mask around his neck and was bagging my grocery very close to me and paying Machine.
I am wondering if these employees use the masks as accessories. Why they have them if they are not going to put it on. Is it for the Show?
So disappointed at Albertson manger for not asking their employees use the mask to save lives.
I avoid this store whenever possible. Checkers are talking amongst themselves, not the least bit interested in the long lines and truly don't care. Prices are about 30÷ higher than their competition. I cant find half the items I need but they are available elsewhere. How can they remain in business? Terrible management.

We bought ready made chicken wings off the assortment of chicken wings $7.99 pound. We were very disappointed! They were all super dry, we couldn't even eat them. Seemed like they were old wings. Won't be buying there again.
This is the worst lasagna I have ever eaten. I served it to two guests last evening and they also said it was terrible! Will never purchase this again!

Unsafe practices of food health and safety. Unwilling to listen to sound advice from a knowledgeable customer. Rude in fact about complaints based on fact. Mix raw meats, even chicken, which is incredibly dangerous with ready to eat foods including raw cut fresh watermelon...
Don't shop here. After years of loyal patronage we are done. Not willing to keep putting ourselves at risk and wasting our hard earned cash with a company that chooses to hire people in charge that scoff at our valid concerns about unsafe practices. Other unhappy reasons as well but this was the deciding factor.
Cheyenne Wyoming Pershing blvd 18 people in line one cashier. Self checkout( I hate to use) would not display my produce. I ask the person 5 feet away (watching me struggle) for help. She shrugged and walked off! Yes it was the self serve observer. When she returned I said,” if won’t help you may have to put these groceries back, I can’t get this to work”! She said no problem grabbed my cart, the items already bagged, voided the transaction and walked away with my groceries. I’ve been a customer for over 50 years! No more! Hope you don’t bankrupt Safeway like you did yourselves.
If I could, I would give the Albertsons location on San Marcos Blvd/corner Rancho Santa Fe Road in San Marcos ZERO or NEGATIVE stars. It’s sad to think that they are the same corporation as the Albertsons on San Elijo Road…
A few days before Thanksgiving, we bought a huge ribeye roast, about 22 pounds. About 3 days after we had bought it, we took it out of the butcher wrapping paper and noticed a strange odor coming from the roast. We called Albertsons and were asked to return the product. About 12 hours later, my husband went to the store for the return. In the meantime, I had started to prepare a turkey instead. I didn't even think about anything, thinking my husband would come home with a refund back to my credit card or at least a store gift card. But noooooooo.... They told him that he needed to get exactly what we had bought before, so he was assured that it was store policy that he HAD TO get another huge roast again. I was very upset when he came home with another roast, this time still in shrink wrap. This one weighed in at about 25.20 pounds, regular price at $10.99 pound was $276.75. Since our previous roast was a little lighter due to being trimmed and due to not having had to pay for the heavy duty plastic wrap, my husband was seriously asked to pay an additional $20. I called the store and was told the store manager was not there. So I filed a complaint online on the Albertsons website. That was on November 25, 2020. We waited a couple of days, and since we had not heard back and were assured the store would “eventually” get back to us. We decided to open the heavy duty shipping plastic on the roast and cut and freeze it. It turned out there was a reason why we had to pay an additional $20 – we had about 3 pounds of excess fat on that roast, and that is the fat beyond the normal fat needed. Plus the shipping plastic – they took our additional money to pay for trash. Nice…
Ever since then, I am being stalled and mocked by Albertsons customer service. The store manager NEVER called us. In one of the emails from customer service, they seriously had the audacity to tell me that the store insisted that someone had called us on 11/28 and on 11/29. Very strange, as my phone records do not show any incoming calls on both days from an Albertson store. Instead, I had to send them my phone number again per email. So I did. I repeatedly asked for the name of the so-called “manager” at that location as I have never in my life experienced such bad or rather non-existent customer service, but the answer to that question that I must have asked 3 times now per email is being avoided. After at least 7 or 8 more emails from me, always inquiring when I would be contacted, even requesting to be contacted via email, I am still waiting to hear from anyone over at that store site. In one emails I was told that the store refused to communicate via email. It had to be via phone. I wonder why that is? So that there is no trace of any communication?
I avoided Albertsons since that day completely. I do not do business with a store that treats customers like that. Shame on them, and shame on corporate to have such incompetent management in place there.

At 4010 A st Auburn Washington I go to the store to shop all the time because it is close to me and I think the employees there are very nice but today this particular day my friend forgot his wallet at the register and the lady who was working the register at the checkout took his wallet as soon as my friend realize he left his wallet he immediately went back inside we were parked right outside the front doors so it didn't take long to go back inside no one else was checking out she said she did not see it I proceeded to go home and we called the store and they still told him no one had turned it in they called back 10 minutes later and said they found it in the bathroom he did not go to the bathroom this is my complaint something needs to be done to the redhead lady in the front at the register
Albertson on Alton Rd Fort Worth Texas The associates that sack groceries act like it is a bother to sack groceries. It's bad enough they don't help out on taking the groceries to the car. And that was before COVID 19 started happening. It's understandable that you wouldn't do that now. You would think they would be happy just sacking groceries.
Almost every time I go to Albertsons on Silverbell, Tucson, there is a confrontation with another customer over sicial distancing. People are not social distancing in line and if you something, it is met with extreme hostility. I was threatened today when this female pulled down her mask and threatened to breathe on me. The staff never does anything and they have removed their guidelines from view. I am done with Albertsons not enforcing their policies, not providing security and not providing clear requirements on social behavior. From now on, I will shop where there is security (like Fry's) where I can feel somewhat safe.
I just bought some jerky from this store and the jerky was very hard why???? Just lost out on $6
As I was getting product to purchase, i was rudely informed by the floral department employee that they are limiting the amount of product that I was able to purchase because of issue that they are having with other business in town buying them out of their products. There was no sign posted which said anything of the limit and the employee presumed that I was associated with the other business. I don't understand why if you are purchasing as a consumer why they would no want to sell? She was very rude and I will never shop in a place that makes decision based on other people. Also as I was checking out, the employee did not care enough and smashed and broke the product that I they limited.
